สินค้าจักรยาน

  1. เมื่อซื้อสินค้าแล้ว หากผู้ซื้อไม่สามารถสวมใส่สินค้านั้นๆได้ สามารถเปลี่ยนขนาดได้ พร้อมใบเสร็จรับเงิน ภายใน 7วันทำการหลังจากได้รับสินค้า ไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้
  2. สินค้าที่นำมาเปลี่ยน ต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ครบถ้วน ทุกประการ (ไม่ตัดป้าย ไม่ใช้งาน ไม่ซัก)
  3. สินค้าที่นำมาเปลี่ยนไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
  4. ค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งสินค้าใหม่กลับไป ผู้ซื้อเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งทั้งหมด
  5. ถุงเท้า ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ (โปรดตรวจสอบสี ขนาด ให้ชัดเจนก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ)
  6. สินค้ารายการ SALE ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนได้ทุกกรณี  (โปรดตรวจสอบสี ขนาด ให้ชัดเจนก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ)
  7. หากไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดข้างต้น ทางร้านขอปฏิเสธการเปลี่ยนสินค้านั้นๆ

Cycling Products

  1. If the purchased item does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 business days of receiving your order. A valid purchase receipt is required. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
  2. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  3. Exchanged items cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
  4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and shipping the replacement item.
  5. Socks are not eligible for exchange. Please carefully check the color and size before placing your order.
  6. SALE items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Please carefully review the color and size before completing your purchase.
  7. We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
